Mediterranean Eight Course Dinner

This time we wanted to go with a very Mediterranean theme that was lighter and fresher than before.  I tried to use citrus and other bright flavors like that where ever possible.

3rd Course – Palate Cleanser

Grapefruit Mint Sorbet

4th Course – Soup

Lentil Soup with a Pastry Crust

5th Course – Salad

Tangelo Salad with Shrimp Crostini

6th Course – Main

Roasted Lamb with Mushrooms and a Sweet Potato Puree
